Once you book your personal shopping appointment we will send you an email with all of our new policies and procedures that we have put in place! We also ask you to follow the guidance of Public Health Ontario and delay your visit to the store and contact your health care provider, Telehealth Ontario if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19.
We ask that all our customers wear a face mask when they come into the store for their personal shopping appointment. If you do not have your own we will have some available upon entrance to the store! There will also be hand sanitizer at the entrance of the store that we ask you to use before you start your shopping. You can find hand sanitizer in your change room as well. Not only that, all our clients will have access to our bathroom to wash their hands as they see fit. There will also be red markings throughout the store to help everyone maintain a distance of two meters from one another. Social distancing is key when visiting the store!
We have made a few adjustments at the store in order to make it a safe environment for everyone to enter! We now are only displaying one size in each style to minimize the need to touch the clothing throughout the store. Once you decide which styles are best suited to you our sales associates will grab your size from the back and put them in your change room!
We have also put in a few extra safety measures at our point of sale. We have set up a sneeze guard to protect both our employees and our patrons! We have updated our cleaning and disinfecting practices. We will be disinfecting our debit/credit pinpad between each use and disinfecting items in the store that are touched frequently. Meanwhile, we will be looking very hip in our face shields! We can’t wait to see you and help you update your wardrobe!
Curbside Pick-up and Contactless Local Delivery
Throughout this time we will continue to offer curbside pick-up and free contactless local delivery. Just select your preferred method of delivery on our website once you reach checkout!
Unfortunately, at this time we will not be able to accept refunds or exchanges. Currently the Hastings and Prince Edward Public Health does not permit returns in our area. Don’t worry though, we will accept these returns once the situation changes! We will make sure that everyone has time to bring them back to the store by extending a 30 day grace period to return your product after these measures are lifted!
